Submitting the Program Proposal Form – Part I
After you have submitted a Teacher Application and a Teacher Agreement, you should submit the initial Program Proposal. This form will provide basic information about the intentions and outcome of this class: Title, Intended Audience, Content focus, Desired class format and dates. Please keep the EBMC mission and philosophy in mind when completing your proposal.
- The Program Committee will send you an email indicating receipt of the proposal.
- The Program Committee will review your proposal. This committee is composed of volunteers. While they are committed to reviewing all proposals in a timely manner, it may be 4-6 weeks until they are able to respond. Please take this into account when you propose dates for your class.
- The Program Committee will respond to this initial proposal with comments and any requests for clarifications.

Submitting Program Proposal Form – Part II
Upon approval of your initial submission, the Program Committee will ask you to submit a more detailed proposal providing information on class format, Content, Activities, specifics of dharma/spiritual teaching being used and explored, etc.
You are welcome to begin completing this form right away. However, we recommend that you do not submit it to the Program Committee until the Program Committee responds to Part I, as questions and comments may lead to changes in what you submit.
