Thank you for your interest in offering a program at EBMC. Before your proposal will be considered, you must:

2. Provide a completed EBMC Teacher Application for each individual teacher listed on this proposal:
3. Read and sign an EBMC Teacher Agreement for each individual listed on this proposal
Description of Program Proposal Flow
After you have submitted a Teacher Application and a Teacher Agreement, you should submit the
Program Proposal – Part I (this form). This form will provide basic information about the intentions and
outcome of this class: title, intended audience, content focus, desired class format and dates. Please
keep the EBMC mission and philosophy in mind when completing your proposal.
a) The Program Committee will send you an email indicating receipt of the proposal.
b) The Program Committee will review your proposal. This committee is composed of volunteers.
While they are committed to reviewing all proposals in a timely manner, it may be 4-6 weeks
before they are able to respond. Please take this into account when you propose dates for your
class.
c) The Program Committee will respond to this initial proposal with comments and any requests for
clarifications.
d) Upon approval of your initial submission, the Program Committee will ask you to submit a more
detailed proposal (Program Proposal – Part II) providing information on class format, content,
activities, specifics of Dharma/Spiritual Teachings being used and explored, etc.
